Exercises To Get A Flat Stomach
There are certain exercises you should regularly do if you want to have a flat tummy. These workouts will enable you to be calm, flexible and stay slim. People sprint forward without afflicting themselves with injuries due to the proper movements they give their muscles and joints. But there is a limit, where it is impossible to stretch your body as it would bring unnecessarily tear and wear to the muscles.
You should aim to have a 20 minutes’ walk each day that will help you burn up your extra calories. Other exercises can be conducted with the help of reputed trainers. Go ahead and practice more once your instructors give you permission to practice slightly complicated exercises at home without supervision. The following are three exercises which can help you to keep a flat tummy.
It is done by lying down on your back, on the floor and keep your hands on your head. Try to bend your legs so that your right knees are closer to your chest at an angle of 45 degrees. Immediately straighten the left leg. Slowly turn your waist in a way that your elbow, the left one touches your knee on the right side when doing this exercise. You should repeat the same exercise by switching sides after a minute of freezing in this posture.
Bend your knees and put your feet flat while sited on the floor. Tilt your top half of the body back while sitting in this posture. Extend your legs for your body to form 90 degrees angle. Balance your body by pulling in your abs. Slowly stretch your arms past your knees at a shoulder height. Grasp five slow breaths and return to the begging and repeat the exercise again. To get a flexible body, you should repeat this exercise severally in a day.
Lay your face down first, after which you should lift yourself to your forearms and toes. After this bend your elbows at an angle of 90 degrees. Keep your legs straight and core muscles tight so as to balance your body at a certain height. Hold your breath for few seconds and freeze at this posture before realizing your body. Gradually as you continue you will build up to a half a minute for each, and repeat the exercise at least three times a day for it to work efficiently.
